Morning Vaccine Only Appointments for Current Clients

For 70 years we have operated exclusively on a walk-in basis giving you access to care any time we are open. That will not change; however, we are excited to announce that we are extending our hours to schedule early morning appointments for vaccine only visits. With an appointment you can expect a faster more predictable visit. The new option is limited to the routine yearly services for which you get an electronic reminder or postcard. If you need anything other than the routine annual services, please continue using our walk-in hours.

New Client Appointment

If this is your first visit you will need to make an appointment by scheduling below or by calling us at (910) 484-2135. After your first visit you will be considered a current client and you will have full access to walk-in for any well or sick visit.

​We recognize that many new clients have been referred to us for surgery and are driving from several hours away. If you are a new client and need to schedule surgery, please call us.  It may be possible to make your exam and surgery a same day visit to save you time.
